I or 1/2 Medium Cucumber (your preference)

1 or 2 Lemon(s)

10 - 12 Fresh Mint Leaves

 

Directions

Steep cut up cucumber and lemon in water with mint leaves over night. Enjoy the next day. Drink daily for maximum results.

This detox drink is beneficial in aiding weight loss. It tastes refreshing, and has a bite of ginger.

1 Lemon

1 Cucumber

1 Tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger

1 Lime
